General

Order and delivery terms for the online store. NOBE reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally and without prior notice.

The website is owned by NBI Nordic Beauty Import Oy. By placing an order in the NOBE online store, you accept these terms and conditions and confirm that the information you have provided is correct.

Throughout this document, the terms “NOBE”, “we”, “our”, “the company” and “the online store” refer to NBI Nordic Beauty Import Oy.

Payment and Payment Methods

Prices in the online store are displayed in the currency corresponding to the customer’s location or selected market. Prices include the applicable value added tax unless otherwise stated.

NOBE reserves the right to change prices due to changes in supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, tax changes, incorrect price lists, incorrectly received pricing information, or other pricing errors. NOBE also reserves the right to make other price changes.

Products are paid for at the time of ordering. Please note that adding items to the shopping cart does not reserve them — products are reserved for you only once payment has been successfully completed at checkout.

All available payment methods are shown at checkout. The payment service provider processes the payment on behalf of the seller.

For complaints related to payments, we ask that you contact the payment service provider you used in the first instance.

Every completed and accepted order
automatically generates an order confirmation, which is sent to the customer’s email address.

The most common reason for a missing order confirmation is an incorrect email address entered during checkout, or the confirmation being automatically filtered into the spam folder.

Discount Codes and Their Use

Discount codes may be issued in connection with marketing campaigns.

A discount code must be used within its validity period. Unused discount codes will not be credited retroactively.

A discount code can only be redeemed at checkout when placing an order, before the order is submitted. Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Different discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Order and Delivery

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.

For this reason, we may not be able to add, remove, or change products on an order once it has been received. If you wish to order additional products, please place a new order.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their own information when placing an order. Please ensure that all required details (address, phone number, and email address) are correct.

Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders.

Available delivery methods are shown at
checkout based on the delivery address.

Delivery Times

We normally process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Delivery time is typically 1–8 business days from dispatch.

The estimated transit time is calculated from the date the shipment leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are the responsibility of the respective carriers.

During busy periods, campaigns, or product launches, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation to your email address.

Every successful order automatically generates a dispatch confirmation. The most common reason for a missing dispatch confirmation is an incorrect email address or the message being filtered into the spam folder.

Delivery Problems and Returned Shipments

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, failure to collect, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for the costs of
re-dispatch.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order after a shipment has been returned, NOBE reserves the right to deduct a handling fee of €15 (or the equivalent amount in the currency used for the purchase) from the refunded amount.

If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer, we will refund the order payment minus any handling and return costs, once the shipment has been received back at our warehouse.

A shipment that has not been collected does not constitute a withdrawal notice under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You may withdraw from your order using the cancellation function in your customer account under order details. You may also notify us of a withdrawal by email at ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Withdrawals are processed in two ways depending on the status of the order.

 

The order has not yet been processed at the warehouse:

The withdrawal is handled as an order cancellation and no return of products is required. The full payment will be refunded.

 

The order has already been processed at the warehouse, dispatched, or delivered:

The withdrawal is handled as a return. The customer must return the products to us within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

 

Returns can be made for the entire order or for individual items.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.

The customer has the right to familiarise themselves with the product in the same way as in a physical store. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics, nature, and functionality, NOBE reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in the product’s value from the
refunded sum.

The customer bears the risks associated with the return shipment, such as damage or loss during transit. Please pack products carefully.

We process returns as soon as possible after they arrive at our warehouse, and no later than 14 days after receiving the return or after the customer has provided reliable evidence of having
dispatched the return.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order.

Please retain the return shipping receipt and any tracking number until the return has been fully processed.

 

Note: An uncollected parcel is not a return:

An uncollected parcel will not be treated as a return and does not entitle the customer to a refund.

For uncollected shipments, we charge a handling fee of €15 (or the equivalent amount in the currency used for the purchase), which will be deducted from the refunded amount when the shipment is returned to us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a withdrawal notice before the shipment is returned, via your customer account or by email at ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com.

Complaints

Please notify us of an incorrect delivery or defective product as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

If a product is incorrect, defective, or the delivery does not match the order, please contact our customer service.

Defective products should be reported by email to ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com.

Please include in your message:

• a photo of the product or packaging

• a description of the issue

• your order number

• your name

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If a parcel has been damaged in transit, please also file a complaint directly with the carrier without delay.

Please note that mere dissatisfaction with a product does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

Statutory Liability for Defects and Other Information

Our liability for defects is determined in accordance with applicable law.

If you notice a defect in a product, please contact our customer service even if the return period has already expired. We are responsible for all defects that existed in the product at the time you received it, even if the defect is only discovered later.

You must notify us of any defect you discover within a reasonable time after discovering it. Giving notice of a defect within two (2) months of its discovery is always considered timely.

Our liability does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, handling, or treatment of the product, or by normal wear and tear.

Please note that the actual ingredients of a product may differ from the information stated in the online store. This may be due to, for example, changes in packaging or formulation made by the manufacturer. We strive to keep the information in the online store up to date, but we recommend always checking the ingredient list on the product packaging
before use.

Individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other personal responses to cosmetic products do not in themselves constitute a product defect. All products sold by NOBE comply with EU cosmetics legislation. Although product safety has been confirmed, an individual consumer
may be allergic to a particular ingredient.

If you notice that a product is causing allergic symptoms, redness, or other reactions, discontinue use immediately.

NOBE reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions appearing on the website, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted product availability.

NOBE does not guarantee that the appearance of the product received by the customer will exactly match the product image shown on the website, as factors such as the display settings of the device used, image quality, lighting, and packaging updates by the manufacturer may affect the appearance of the product.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will primarily be resolved between the customer and NOBE.

If a matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

Nothing in these terms limits the rights to which a consumer is entitled under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure

NOBE is not liable for delays or damages resulting from a force majeure event beyond our control, such as government actions, natural disasters, labour disputes, telecommunications disruptions, or supply chain disruptions.
