Return Policy

Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You may withdraw from your order using the cancellation function in your customer account under order details. You may also notify us by email at ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com — please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Withdrawals are handled in two ways depending on the status of the order:

  • Order not yet processed at the warehouse: the withdrawal is treated as a cancellation and no return is required. The full payment will be refunded.
  • Order already processed, dispatched, or delivered: the withdrawal is treated as a return. The customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued once the return has been received at our warehouse.

Note: An uncollected parcel is not a return. Uncollected parcels are not treated as returns and do not entitle the customer to a refund. A handling fee of €15 will be deducted from the order total when the parcel is returned to us. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a withdrawal notice before the parcel is returned — via your customer account or by email at ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com.

Returns can be made for the entire order or for individual items. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in faultless condition. Opened hygiene products cannot be returned.

The customer bears the risks of the return shipment, including damage or loss in transit. Please pack products carefully. NOBE reserves the right to reduce the refunded value if a product has been used, damaged, returned without its original packaging, or is otherwise not in resaleable condition.

Returns are processed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original order.

Please request and retain a receipt and tracking number when dropping off your return at a Posti or PostNord service point. Please note that returns cannot be left at parcel lockers — staffed service points only.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding an incorrect delivery or defective product must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. If a parcel has been damaged in transit, please file a complaint directly with the carrier immediately.

Defective products should be reported by email to ecom@nordicbeautyinc.com. Please include a photo of the product, a description of the issue, your order number, and your name. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that mere dissatisfaction with a product does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
