How the data on register is used
Data saved in nobe asiakasrekisteri (nobe customer register) is used to handle customer relations, handle contacts, marketing purposes and other online services.
Data that is collected
Normal data is saved to the register. For example:

- order information and order history

Priciples for the protection of the register
The nobe e-commerce user registry information is stored in a registrar system protected by operating system security software. Entering the system requires a user name and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain pre-defined employees of the Registrar have access to, and are authorized to use, the information contained in the Registry. The information contained in the register shall be located in locked and guarded premises.
Prohibition of the data register
The data subject shall have the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data concerning him / her for direct marketing, distance selling and other direct marketing, market and opinion polling, as well as for personal data and genealogy. The ban must be in writing and addressed to those responsible for registry matters.
Right of inspection of the registered
The data subject has the right to inspect the personal data stored in the register and to obtain copies thereof. The request for inspection must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for registry matters.
Correction of information
The Registrar shall, on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject, correct, delete or complete personal data contained in the Register which are inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated for the purpose of processing. The data subject should contact the data controller of the controller in order to correct the information.

Terms and Conditions
We aim to ship orders placed before 12:00 during the same day. Delivery time is 1-7 working days after shipment has left our warehouse.
We use PostNord parcel service as a shipping method.
Shipping fee is 15€ - 25€ depending on the delivery country and selected shipping method. You will see the shipping price on the checkout.
Orders to Finland over 50€ are shipped without shipping fee.
Orders outside of Finland over 100€ are shipped without shipping fee.

Placing an order
When you have placed an order, order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you have given.
Order confirmation will include ordered products, prices and delivery address. Contact us if you notice a mistake on the order confirmation.
Missing order confirmation
Due to technical problem or problem not related to NOBE, order confirmation might be delayed or wont go trough at all. If you do not receive order confirmation within 30 minutes after placing an order, contact our cutomer service.
PostNords delivery time estimate is approximately 3-5 working days. Orders are shipped during workdays within a day or the day following weekend/bank holiday. If there seems to be a problem with the delivery, that isn't informed by us, please contact NOBE customer service to sort out the problem. Delivery time estimate is based on PostNords information and NOBE does not have control over possible problems or delays caused by PostNords service. PostNord will deliver the parcel to the destination and they will contact you personally if there is a problem with the delivery. Please, make sure to give correct contact details when placing the order, to ensure successful delivery.
Delivery that has not been able to deliver
Customer is responsible over the given delivery information. If the delivery returns to NOBE due to customers inability to give correct information or other reason that is not due to NOBE or PostNord, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee of re-shipping. If customer wants to cancel the order after the order returns to NOBE due to these reasons, customer will be invoiced 15€ handling fee.
If the order can not be shipped from our warehouse within reasonable time, we will contact you by e-mail. If you wish to cancel the order due to delay caused by us, you can do it free of charge. When the delivery is in hands of the freight company, NOBE does not take responsibility over possible delays.
All prices are in Euros. NOBE reserves the right to change prices due to price changes from the brand or distributor, wrong pricing information or other mistakes on the pricing. NOBE reserves the right to all other pricing changes as well.
Campaign/discount codes can not be used with other campaigns or discounts unless we state the otherwise.
Reclamation's, returns and cancels
NOBE follows the regulations of Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. With reclamation's, returns and cancels, please contact our customer service by e-mail: (firstname.lastname@example.org) . Inform us any problem within reasonable time after finding out the problem.
Return and cancel policy
You have 14 days to exercise your withdrawal from receiving your package in accordance with current legislation. NOBE will only pay for return freight of faulty goods. In other cases the customer will need to pay if the return freight. Customer is responsible to check the condition of goods when receiving them. If the order has not been shipped yet, customer can cancel it by contacting our customer service. If order has already been sent, we will follow the return policy.
Exception on return policy
Product can be returned, if it is not used, not opened and not damaged. NOBE has the right to not fully return the funds of returned product, or decline totally from refunding, if the product doesn't meet these conditions. The refund is decided case by case. Opened and/or used hygiene products (cosmetic products) can not be have returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons. Products that has been produced or customized personally for the customer, can not be returned. Service that has been given or is given at the moment can not be returned or canceled. Approved return or cancellation will be refunded to customer within 30 days.
Reclamation must be made with the contact form on this website or by e-mail. Reclamation of faulty products must be made within reasonable time from noticing the fault. You must retain the product until the reclamation has been processed. If the product is out of stock or it is no longer in NOBE selection, you will be contacted. Processing the reclamation can take 1-3 weeks depending on the situation. Approved reclamation will be refunded within 30 days. New product will be shipped to customer when the returned faulty product. If the product has been delivered to customer in normal condition and the product has been used, it can not be returned. NOBE does not compesate or refund used products if it is not faulty product, even if the customer is not pleased with the product or if customer is for example allergic to the product. In such cases we recommend you to contact the brand or manufacturer directly.
If customer receives damaged or opened shipment, the customer must contact the freight company immediately, so that the case can be resolved.
NOBE reserves the right to mistakes on texts and not having items in stock. NOBE does not ensure that the products appearance matches totally to the image on this online shop. For example the resolution and monitor settings affect how colors are displayed to customer. The products appearance might differ from the image due to manufacturers changes on the packing. If something seems not to be right with the product when you receive it, please contact our customer support. NOBE is doing it's best to have images on the online shop matching the products physical appearance.
If a case can not be solved between NOBE customer serice and customer in mutual undestanding, customer can contact Competition and Consumer Authority.
Limitation of liability
NOBE does not take responsibility of damages caused by the products. NOBE is not responsible for delays/mistakes caused by third parties, from unexpected reasons (Force Majeure). Such cases can be for example ban or command from authority, naturadl disasters, strike, boycott, fire or problem from a distributor. NOBE does not take responsibility of changes on the products, that distributor or manufacturer has done.
Changes on terms and conditions
NOBE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published here on NOBE online shop. The changed terms and conditions are considered approved when the customer visits the NOBE online shop or places an order on the NOBE online shop.
NOBE reserves the right to mistakes on the content of the online shop, faulty information on the products provided by the distributor or the brand and to any other such information. Apart from content that has been clearly stated to be totally correct, NOBE does not take responsibility about the correctness and faultlessness of any content. NOBE reserves the right to edit content without informing it.
